<p>ew ugh, do NOT get a mountain bike. davis is completely flat and absolutely perfect for road bikes. i suggest getting an old, good road bike, maybe off craigslist or something. i ride a road bike and i pass people regularly, and tire out less easily. seats on mountain bikes and cruisers are so low your leg doesn’t even fully extend, and you lose kinetic energy from the fat tires. unless you’re planning on riding on grass instead of the multiple miles of bike path in Davis, get a road bike.</p>
