<p>There is usually a DPS bike sale some time during first semester and another during second semester. The first semester one last year was around September… or maybe October? I’m not sure. But it was only $25 a bike. They sell bikes that they’ve impounded and that people never come back to get. If your bike is impounded and you go to the sale you can get it back for free… I waited in line at 11PM the night before though (sale started at 8 I think), and there was already a line of people camping out. My friends went second semester and said they “didn’t allow camping out” but many people were there around 4am anyway.</p>
