<p>See Toshtemirov, Whistleblower is a form of stalker. However, he is more akin to a “reverse stalker” who has to constantly try to promote negativity. He is probably a regular poster who recently formed the Whistleblower name to promote this type of activity. I am simply going to ignore him and add him to my ignore list.</p>
