Take up a new musical instrument or practice one you already have. Whenever I’m bored and tired of everything I’ll just pick something up and noodle a bit, maybe learn some warm-ups/tricks or a simple cover tune. If I feel like exerting any mental energy, I might learn a more difficult song, start writing a new one, or editing one I’ve already begun writing.

If you don’t think music is quite your “thing,” try writing stories, poems, plays/screenplays or comics. Also try sketching, painting, fashion design, etc. Just something creative. It’ll be good for you.

…and if for some reason you don’t find that any of the creative stuff is satisfying to you, maybe take up some form of computer-based hobby to avoid screen-staring and checking facebook every five minutes? Like learning HTML or how to do cool things with photoshop or something.
