Son accepted into CSOM today.
Entering sophomore. 4.0 fall semester college.
High School GPA, public HS - around 5.325 weighted - almost all Aā€™s.
1530 SAT
Dean of Business school at current college wrote the recommendation.
Eagle Scout, tennis, 11 APs, community service, some other ECā€™s. No strong hook.
Applied RD first time around and was waitlisted. Made it to the final 100 of the wait list, but ultimately denied.
So thankful he was accepted as a transfer! And that decisions came out early.
Good luck to all those still waiting for a decision.

Nah but wait list activity is after june 1st (when everyone decides)

My admissions officer just told me there wonā€™t be any waitlist activity till after June 3

No but I think they just started WL activity this Monday so hopefully weā€™ll hear back soon

No update :frowning: but they said waitlist wouldnā€™t move before june 1st on my offer

2x did hear back (according to a poll)

Also - I looked up BC 2024 waitlist policy and I guess regular admission didnt have a waitlist this year

ā€œFall 2024 programs will not have waitlists because deadlines for those programs are rapidly approaching.ā€

Nope, debating harassing my ao again with updates

Do you know if the AO makes the decisions, or if there is a committee that reviews the applications? Iā€™ve been emailing my AO as if there was a committee and addressed my EOI to a committee. Pretty sure it could hurt my chances if there isnā€™t a committee to begin with.

By finishing up the waitlist, do you mean when they finish evaluating everyone? For that, Iā€™m not too sure, but Iā€™ve heard that theyā€™ve said they may not finish getting back to everyone until early to mid July.
