Watch the weeder classes at UM LSA like organic chemistry. They are always graded on curves which can hurt you if you have a talented peer group. If you take classes is a different college like engineering, nursing, kineseology or Ross you won’t have those issues. Any program can be pre-med.
If you are a high stat student check out the programs with guaranteed admission to medical school like Brown, Baylor and Rice. Unfortunately Michigan discontinued their BS/MD interflex program many years ago.
