Keep getting emails from other random colleges and freaking out EVERY time lol
I just called Admissions and was told, “the plan is to have them out for Saturday the 15th.” I asked if there was a chance it could be sooner and he repeated, “the plan is to have them out for Saturday the 15th.” Honestly, they could come out any day this week but Admissions is not going to tell you anything but Saturday the 15th.
EXACTLY @anxiousmom2021 - I swear admissions people are programmed to say things, and no one will ever get anything else out of them…
This time of year admissions offices hire extra staff to field the “When will decisions come out?” inquiries. The only answer anyone will get is that they will be out by the deadline. Perhaps suggest that they adjust the website so that changing verbiage won’t create 100+ pages of speculation and anxiety. Other colleges don’t seem to have this problem.
I agree, I even said before how they’re most likely not gonna tell us their internal deadlines (i.e. the 11th years before). Most we can do is just wait and let each other know if our messages change or if the portal crashes.
