BU is a CSS profile school. The FAFSA EFC is irrelevant. What did the NPC say you would receive in aid?

I think it’s harder for international students. I’m sorry.?
Sorry you have not been admitted.
I have read the forums and I know the statistics for a couple of years back now, and what I can tell you for sure it is that this process has a big random component into it. I have seen many very good students being denied admissions while some average or even low scoring ones were admitted. It has to do with many factors. For example, state universities are restricted to a very low number of out-of-state students. Similarly, no USA university would accept more than 10-20% international students no matter how good the others are. They also are restricted to have a certain distribution of races, genders etc. But ultimately, as I said, there seems to be a lottery-like selection between the applications in the same group.
THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR APPLICATION. You just got the bad dice. You are a good student and you will do good wherever you end up studying.
Hi, my daughter applied regular decision and I obviously have no idea if she will be accepted or not, however I am trying to figure out when the admitted student events are scheduled so that I can at least see how we can fit them in potentially with other schools that we have already scheduled. I like to plan ahead! Anyway, is anyone able to tell me when the scheduled events are so I can at least try and organize our calendar in the event that she gets in? The dates are not visible unless you login as an acceptance student which obviously we cannot do. Thanks so much.

im living proof that you dont have to have the best grades or all the clubs in the world to get into an amazing school. If you score perfect but have no world changing aspirations past college then youre boring and likely wont get in.
