@nimomini so do you! My gpa was exactly 2.7 in high school as well. I went to a transfer session last Friday at BU to get more info on the school, they said 3.0 gets you in the applicant pool and with around 3.5 you have high chances of being accepted 
Also as a transfer student the more credits you have the less they will emphasize on high school grades, lets hope for the best!
