<p>Anyone who matters (e.g., grad schools, law schools, prospective employers) knows that Bowdoin is NOT a community college but one of THE top liberal arts colleges in the country. It is consistently ranked in the top 10 in the US News rankings. That said, Brandeis, Bryn Mawr and Barnard are also excellent schools.</p>
