<p>Same here-DS never wore a bathrobe and didn’t want one, but I packed an old one anyway. He really liked it. Even though he was living on a boys floor of a coed dorm, girls wandered in unannounced frequently. Also not having to juggle a towel, soap and shampoo is more comfortable. He kept the robe through dorms and apartments.</p>
<p>S wore a bathrobe at home…probably because it is 60F in our house for a goodly portion of the year. 
A bit brisk for walking around in boxers, especially if damp! He also took a bathrobe to college, although it was one thing we didn’t pack for his current year abroad, where every bit of weight mattered.</p>
