Yeah, sandwiches. DH and I have a ham, turkey or roast beef sandwich almost every day at lunch. We also use mayo when I make plain chicken breasts, and if I buy the Costco rotisserie chicken, I’ll make chicken salad with the leftovers. I do have a chicken recipe that calls for a coating of mayo and grated parm cheese, which is rather good.
I tease DH that he views mayo as more of a dip than a spread. You can imagine how much he uses for each sandwich. I spread it on the bread and probably use a tablespoon per sandwich. He spreads it as I do, but then also adds a schmear to each bite. He probably uses half a cup per sandwich. Yech.
