If I were solo, I’d never buy a bottle of ketchup ever again. I don’t like it (plain) - in recipes or otherwise. When I make stuffed peppers I go with Heinz 57 sauce. If made with ketchup I don’t like them. I suspect it’s why I also don’t like 99% of meatloafs or many BBQ sauces.
Malt vinegar goes well on french fries - or they’re great plain with salt.
