S24 registered only for some virtual events but unable to register for admitted students day (access denied). Is this a bad sign???
any news? I donât want to annoy my son by asking himâŠ
not yet
ITS OUT!!! i got in with 24k/year merit scholarship
waitlisted
Brother accepted Yay!
congrats!!
Not in.
Congrats to all accepted applicants.
DS waitlisted in a big win for portal astrology. I have a masters from Brandeis, and they mentioned how they know this must be disappointing in light of his âfamily connectionâ which just kind of makes it sound like they were just waitlisting him to be polite since heâs sort of kind of a legacy. And with this one I officially give up trying to predict outcomes this admissions season! Congrats to everyone accepted!
it seems i was also accepted to the International Business Scholars program which is the 5 year MA/MBA program!
D24 was accepted for the spring semester. I think this is almost like not getting in.
Mine too-her response was âwhat is this?â
I noticed lots of colleges started this strategy. Some give first semester study abroad and some are doing this way.
My daughter just got in! Congrats to everyone!
Iâd look at it more as a giftâitâs like a mini gap year after years of really hard work, a chance to decompress! Is she offered an opportunity to go abroad? Congratulations on the acceptance.
Our son is in! A mid year admit too:)
Totally agree!!
Hi! I was accepted for the Spring 2025 semester, which was surprising because Brandeis, as enthusiastic as I am about it (especially as a Jewish student), was not at the top of my list in terms of difficulty. I was just wondering if anyone has any information regarding what they look at in terms of a Midyear acceptance. Iâm extremely grateful for the opportunity, and I think Brandeis is amazing, I just donât understand the selection process for Midyear students.
D24 accepted Presidential Scholarship $19K:)
@Pier , I agree. Academically this may not make much difference but socially this may become challenging for their age. The COA is also bit confusing. They gave her $14k scholarship for the spring semester but it still costs $27k, just for the spring semester. Itâs not clear about the scholarship for the entire 4 years.
