<p>Via commuter rail, 16 minutes to the Porter Square subway station (1 stop away from Harvard Square, add +/- 15 minutes to downtown Boston after a subway car comes) or 27 minutes to North Station in Boston (5 minute walk to Boston City Hall, 10 - 12 minute walk to Boston Common).</p>
<p>Looks like “about a half hour to 45 minutes” once the shuttle or train shows up.</p>
