Breaking down the Asian category (part 2)

I was kinda with you guys until this became some huge witch hunt/judgment on this poster’s identity and character. You guys should really stop slamming posters and forming uncertain conclusions about who they are simply because you don’t agree with their opinions. The great part about forums is that everyone can share their opinions freely, and making these terrible judgments on someone for forming opinions based on their own experiences discourages the spirit of this forum. I think we should stick to judging someone’s posts and comments rather than their character. Sometimes you don’t know how your guys’ comments can affect posters. There have been times where I’ve lost sleep based on personal comments people make on these boards because they disagree with me or misinterpret my posts. Please try to not make this so personal, guys.

chibearsfan17: Can you read? This guy claims to be an MIT student and uses a real student’s name, when he is obviously nothing of the kind.

That in and of itself is bad.

Using that student’s name to post obviously racist and sexist material is worse.

There’s only two ways to defend him; you either agree with his statements, or believe he’s actually the real Joe Jia.

If it’s the first, then you evidently believe Chinese males are the smartest, most gifted people on Earth, and that minorities and girls are idiots should be doing menial labor for them.

If it’s the second, then you’re just wrong.

and its about time the mods close this thread and let it RIP
