This is my biggest issue with conservatorships. The more someone fights, the more it costs, x2 or x3 when you are paying for the conservator’s attorneys, too. It is financially devastating to the one supposedly being protected.
Her attorney is supposed to have been court appointed, so that makes me skeptical re: the theory he is in on it. But he is still making a lot of money. Everyone’s attorneys fees have to be approved by the court before they can be paid from Britney’s money. Her finances have to be so complex to make it hard to know what is conservatorship money or expenses and what isn’t.
