<p>Payscale ranked Berkeley ahead of Brown 3 times in the last 4 years. And, for ROI, Berkeley > Brown. <p>Not saying this to demean Brown. I think Brown is a fantastic school, a peer of Berkeley for undergrad education. The OP should choose based on fit.</p>
