You’re a fantastic candidate! I can’t imagine what more you could have done to make yourself eligible for top colleges. Congratulations for all of your accomplishments, for having done so much in your young life, and for having been such a support to your mom. Those are all so meaningful and much more important than where you go to college.
Being brutally honest, I think that you have a great chance to get into any of the colleges you’ve listed, and I’m usually a pessimist on these things. AFAIK, Harvard is not a Questbridge partner although I think that the others are. So, I’d factor that in. You have safeties, so you seem to have that covered.
