Called and was told all finalists have been notified via phone a couple of days ago and all interviews scheduled so if one hasn’t heard by now it would be a no.

Also, that BU does not “automatically” consider you for regular undergraduate if you do not advance to finalist for the SMED program. If you still want BU to consider you for regular undergraduate send them an email to make that request, stating the school/program you want and the major (or undeclared).

Thanks again everyone for helping to clear one more out of the way!

A couple of years ago it was the same with RPI. If you didn’t get selected for the AMC program you should let RPI you are still interested in the UG if you are.

@AspiringStudent I would say no don’t assume it to be a rejection. It seems that they have had a lot of applications this year, and they are still in the process of sending out interview invitations or rejections. These seem to be trickling out every 2-3 days.

I just found out that AMC interviews for students applying the traditional method after 4 years of UG go through the MMI format. How interesting. I am assuming that those on this list who have interviewed at AMC did not get this format and got a one on one interview?

@AspiringStudent- No, there are still many applicants who haven’t heard back from them yet. I’m still waiting too, and I talked to several others who are in the same boat. It’s not like they’re only sending out acceptances, meaning that they probably just haven’t assessed our applications yet. Good luck :)

Did anybody have their drexel interview yet? Was wondering how it goes cause there was nothing said in the email…. other than it starts at 8:30 am

^I support the above statements, I just called and the woman I spoke with told me that as long as all of our materials were in by the deadline, our apps were forwarded to the committee and we’ll hear by the end of the month.
