Do these programs list any expected SAT IIs on their websites?
The competition into BS/MD programs can be on the level of Ivy admissions. You’ll need to make sure that your app fulfills all that is required, and is as strong as it can be.
If there is no indication that two science Subject SATs, are needed, then a strong Chem, Math, and Lit sound good (to me).
