According to my son who is in a fraternity at Bucknell, the sorority rush process is way more intense than for fraternities. Apparently it’s pretty stressful. That being said, I think every single girl who lived on his floor freshman year that wanted to be in a sorority, is now in a sorority. It just may not have been their first choice. Not so for the boys. There were several on his floor that ended up not getting any bids.
