<p>Is it just me, or are the costs just really confusing? I’m going to be a freshman at the J-town campus this fall, and it says $11,286 is the cost… but collegeboard and other sources list it at $11,754… then room and board is confusing too, since apparently it depends on what meal plan you get.</p>
<p>Then there’s the difference in price between different programs… i’m probably going to be majoring in business- but man, if i transfer… $15,722/yr for the CBA at pitt main? I’ll have to decide if it’s worth it then… though I could always commute to main since I only live about 7 miles south of the campus.</p>
<p>Pitt and Penn State are among the 2 most expensive in state public schools for in state residents… it’s ridiculous. Pennsylvania isn’t exactly the richest state either, I just got over $200 taken away from me this year for the PHEAA state grant since PA just passed their budget plan a few weeks ago. </p>
<p>Money money money… I just wish I could get exact numbers when it comes to costs, but it’s been a whole lot of estimating/guess work so far. Oh well, that’s college for you.</p>
