<p>@justinnow123 Congrats! And yes it basically means that as long as everything you said in your application matches with the transcript etc. you submit the money is yours :D. And I believe the up to $25000 means that it depends on how much unmet financial need you have to the school you are enrolling in (total cost - financial aid or any other merit money)</p>

And definitely, the results of a single scholarship don’t reflect anything about yourself or what you potential is, it’s just kinda whoever fits the scholarship’s vision or mission best.
