<p>russell-sage is where you will be placed if you are a freshman requesting substance-free housing. i think that’s a mixed-class dorm.</p>
<p>the only way you will have a say where you live this year, from what i’ve heard, is whether you want substance free or not, or whether you apply for East Wheelock. Other than that, you get assigned somewhere, but not just River/Choates.</p>
