Spring admits don’t necessarily graduate off cycle. Many take courses that transfer and keep them on track to graduate on time.
First semester Civil Engineering at USC includes general chemistry, calculus, a writing class and a couple of intro classes. While you can’t take the intro courses abroad, you could take the others as well as a GE. Definitely talk to an advisor at USC about your plans.
