the point is …there’s no room forthe conflict here in Asia either…and frankly >50 years…its getting a little inane…

btw, Simba, you’d hate engineering too if EVERYONE in your family was an engineer and 60% of them were IIT alumni…

I’m 5’11, the tallest on both sides of my family by like 3 inches. Its awesome. Of course, in Idaho, im more like medium hight, because the avg height for guys here (including all races) is like 5’10…

Wow…I’m 5’9 and the tallest person in my family! lol…my moms an elf :P

all this “dushmani” between India & Pakistan is so silly…why can’t we all get along?

one word: politics

dushmani…hehe…

i concur with nahrafsfa

I have no idea what a desi is. Can I post here?

haha…a desi is basically an Indian-American whos been born and raised in America…you should check out the movie “American Desi” to get a better idea…

funny how all these NRI’s think being desi is exclusive to them :p

starry:

Desi refers to any South Asians (Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Nepalis, Sri Lankans) anywhere in the world (including their home country).

nepalese as well?

no its mainly indian only

mainly indian?noo its not…bengalis are included too…

desi refers to anyone from India pretty much…

Yes it’s mainly used for Indians, but that’s because India has 75% of South Asia’s population and probably 90% of its diaspora, not because the term only refers to Indians.

Pakistani who’s actually (are you ready for this) 6’‘4’.
