<p>New students won’t be affected negatively by any of the course changes - It just hit some students during the transition phase. I wouldn’t worry about it. Existing students can work with ESS (engineering student services) to help figure out their way around the mess. From what I’ve seen, ESS is extremely helpful and will do whatever it takes to help students that were affected by class changes in the transition phase.</p>
<p>Ironically, ESS was the office created by Dean Sansalone to be her “ears” so that she didn’t have to deal with complaints directly, but it’s staffed with some amazing administrators.</p>
