I had it until yesterday/this morning, but now it disappeared. I don’t think it means anything, they’re probably just getting the portal ready for loading decisions.

From last year’s thread it looks like the one student I found who still had the banner after everyone else got waitlisted.
I honestly don’t think the banner means anything. Maybe it’s just how they load the decisions? For example, yesterday I still had my banner but others already didn’t, so I would maybe assume it’s just that for some decisions have been loaded already while for others not yet.
