<p>Like I said, anything goes. But it really depends. How rigorous was your curriculum? Were you doing a lot of ECs that you were heavily involved in at top levels (i.e. leadership). Do you know your rec letters will be awesome? How high is your SAT (is it honor’s college material: 1400/1450+)? What kind of essay are you writing.</p>
<p>Also why is your GPA low? Did you have one or two bad classes that really screwed it up, or did you consistently get lower grades in all your classes?</p>
