<p>my class has high stats everywhere, and almost everyone’s in a separate ‘academy’ type thing where you’re required to get an internship. at the beginning of this past summer i interned at a biotech company (and i wouldn’t say “interned”, but i helped out summer before sophomore year also), and then right after that i started one at NIH in gene therapy. right now it’s just straight out research with drosophila flies… i’d get into more detail but i don’t htink anyone would know… lol but i don’t know. i hope internships/research helps admissions? my research/internship isn’t original… im just working with other md’s and phd’s specifically on a disorder.</p>
