Do I believe you will be admitted? Honestly and genuinely: no, sorry.
Not because of the previous, defensive, messy miscommunication above, but my opinion is solely based upon statistics for International candidates and your statistics, specifically your SAT score.
Your competition is your countrymen/women who may have better scores.
I remember a grad of Harvard telling my kids: “Getting in is only half of the battle”. You still have to survive the rigor of the coursework. A student with a natural SAT of 2400 vs. a student with a 2100, which would have a better chance of surviving the requirements?
