Can I use to AP statistics to replace MATH 32 for biology sicence major?

Wrong. If you have AP credit for Calc BC/Math 32, you do NOT need to take Math 32 at Duke. Your AP credit will show up on your transcript as Math 32. Yes, you still need two QS credits (AP cannot count towards Areas of Knowledge or Modes of Inquiry), but those QS credits can come from a variety of courses. Statistics courses give you a QS, as do various econ, physics, chem, and bio courses. I’ve even seen some really random courses in random departments like Psychology that give you QS credits.

Going back to your question, as cdz15 pointed out, you need a 5 on AP Stats for it to count for credit. However, if you have Calc BC credit, you’re fine.
