can someone please tell me my chances (will chance back)

UNC would also be a reach for you. It is very selective for non-residents. They have a mandatory minimum quota of 82% North Carolina residents in Freshman admissions. My son was rejected with very similar stats, and much stronger extra-curriculars. UCLA is also a reach. It is actually slightly more selective than Berkeley. The UCs cost more than $50k for out-of-state students. They will meet your family’s EFC, but usually with loans only. I’m not sure whether UF is a “low match/safety;” I think it’s probably a match, if you want to go there. Stern, at NYU, is a reach; the regular college is probably a match. I don’t think you can apply to more than one division at NYU. Pace would be an academic safety for you. May I presume that Rutgers will be a financial and/or academic safety? Pace is very expensive, but you might well qualify for a merit scholarship. They offer lots of internship opportunities in the financial field (you can walk to Wall Street). Gabelli School of Business at Fordham is also very well-respected.
