@baller727: Yes.

I don’t think Duke superscores ACT…I’m pretty sure but not 100% positive they said that they don’t when I went there a few months ago.

I DIDN"T EVEN KNOW COLLEGES EVER SUPERSCOrED ACT!!!

I didn’t send them…!

Duke doesn’t superscore the ACT; direct from the admission officer I talked to in person.

I can confirm that WashU superscores the ACT.

noob, I asked this question of an admission officer during an info session and was told they did.

Conflicting info sure does suxx…

On some of the posts in the Cornell Forum, it’s been said that Cornell superscores.

I’m old 50+ forgive me - please clarify superscore. Mix and Match scores???

Superscore means that they will take the best score for each section from all the tests that you have sent them.

Florida State University also superscores the ACT.

University of Georgia
Univeristy of North Carolina-Chapel Hill

RE: Duke…

St. John’s University does too

Brown does too.

Please verify how you know Brown superscores. That sounds doubtful.

Sorry, I still don’t quite understand what “superscoring” means, could someone please clear this up for me?

they take the best score from each section …
so if you’ve taken ACT twice then they will take your best score possible, mix and matched between the two.

do these schools (or other schools) do superscoring for the SAT I as well?

To above poster; 99% of all schools superscore the SAT, a much much much much much smaller proportion superscore the ACT

I am doubtful that Brown superscores the ACT.

Both Brown and Columbia superscore, this was confirmed by the admin office.

Really, Columbia?
