<p>Although this is an old post, it is unfair to characterize Pitzer as not caring about test scores. Yes, Pitzer is now SAT optional, but the SATs are considered and important in the review of an application (if included). However, Pitzer is more holistic with a balanced review of academic performance, graduation rankings, SATs, core values (social responsibility, engagement, etc.), achievements, perceived student fit, etc.</p>
