Thanks Intparent, I was hoping you’d notice that my extra pounds don’t show! Must be the bulky sweaters and scarves I’ve been wearing. Yeah I guess I forgot about all the cocktails and dinners out and breads and having the kids home with all the junk food around. So I just can’t blame the cookies.
Time for some low calorie soups from the Instant Pot!
Yep it’s on it’s way. I think I’m spending too much time and money in the Cafe and not enough time at the gym.
You don’t need the gym. Just staying active. I’ve been trying to gain weight so cook high calorie meals. My sister came to stay with me for six weeks and while here, instead of sitting in an office, helped me watch my three grandchildren under the age of 3. She lost six pounds in that time while eating my food and rarely sitting down. She might come back
When I go thru DTW tomorrow, I’ll pick up another piece of Spanx.
I rarely get on the scale, but I did this morning…in 7 week, 7 lbs. Ugh. Ok…it stops today. It just takes the ice as long to take off!
Agree with intparent- you look fine to me!
I have GOT to lose the weight I gained over the past 1-2 years. I got 5 lbs off in Dec, but am up a 1/2 lb. I’d like to lose another 15 lbs, but will be satisfied with at least another 10.
How do scarves hide weight gain??? Not a scarf person but don’t you wear them around your neck???
Yes of course scarves can hide weight gain. You wear something dramatic and large around your neck and it draws the eyes away from hips and tummy. At least that’s what I tell myself
