Capital University Conservatory?

Hi, I graduated with Capital’s BM degree in the 90’s. I highly recommend the school. I have since performed as a soloist on national and international stages, won lots of awards, received an MM from Yale, and am going to start a DMA this fall in Boston (waiting on a funding letter to decide which school…)

I have gone back several times since to lead master classes and give lectures, and I have been continually impressed with the quality of the students.

BTW (although this has been addressed), it isn’t a religious school regardless of the affiliation. I had to take a religion class as a part of my core curriculum, but it was more of a comparative class. I actually used some of my electives to take more advanced academic religion courses (and I am not a christian). You are never evangelized to by the school :-).

Thanks singer, it’s still in the top choices for S…

singer37, if you would care to list your DMA acceptances over on the http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/music-major/1260441-master-list-music-school-acceptances-fall-2012-a-48.html#post14144612</a> we would be happy to add them to the list.
