<p>As long as you meet the following requirements, you will receive the Carolina Covenant:</p>

* Enroll full-time during the regular academic year;
* Be dependent on parent(s) whose income is 200 percent or less of federal poverty guidelines and who do not have other resources to pay for college;
* Meet citizenship requirements and other eligibility standards for federal financial aid programs.
