<p>I used to play that game all of the time during physical education classes in high school and middle school! Totally forgot about it. I always hated how if somebody caught you taking your foot off of the carpet, you had to run to the next base, especially when it was obvious to the other team that you had to run. It was hilarious when somebody would kick the ball far away and a stampede of kids would run from one carpet to the other. haha.</p>
<p>Anyways, carpet ball is similar to kickball, except you have two carpets that serve as the bases. You kick the ball and run to one of the carpets. If you take your foot off of the carpet, then you have to run to the next carpet no matter what. There is no limit to the amount of people that can stay on the carpet, and there is also no limit to the amount of people that can run away from the carpet either. The rules of kickball still apply though - getting an out by being tagged or having somebody catch your kick, etc. Fun game that brings back memories.</p>
