In case this is helpful to anyone, the $1000-$2000 National Merit finalist scholarships ([link](https://case.edu/admission/affording-cwru/scholarships/scholarship-competitions/)) last all four years, so the amount is actually $4000-$8000. (At least, that’s the case with mine. It was a pleasant surprise going into my sophomore year.)
