@Mariposa2 are you familiar with the Common Data Set? Specifically Section C2?
Other than last year* Case states how many were offered WL, how many got on the WL and how many were admitted off the WL.
Case offers merit to WL acceptees as they do to EA/ED/RD students.

Also, I tried to log in to my portal and I was instead taken to the canvas website where students see classes that they registered for and such. Has this always been open, and can everyone else access it? I am able to access my portal through the link that was sent in my email though (no change).

I am not sure why people are asking if instate or OoS. You guys know that Case is a private school! No instate tuition
@airway1 i was curious to know if instate are being taken off from wait list first! nothing related to tuition. At this point where game is about to end we all know that case is private and no instate tution.
@thinkbigger it will not be instate first or OOS. As all pay the same bill. State schools that’s a different matter. Good luck to all! 
My son got the admission off of wait-list on Friday with good financial package(OOS, Biology major). He is a national merit scholarship finalist, 4.38(Weighted), SAT 1550, Speech team, Cellist in School chamber and symphony Orchestras. He did internships over last 2 summers and a lot of volunteer work in MSI and Field museums of Chicago.
He responded to all their emails and sent a LOCI to CW last week. He has been rejected NW, UMich wait listed and a few other direct Med programs have rejected. He has Loyola honors, SLU honors, UIC Honors, UIUC and UW Madison offers so far. He has accepted CW offer yesterday. Thanks for all the information provided here, it helped a lot.

@sriracha2020 . Congratulations! Both my daughters are waiting, responding to all their emails and attending on line info sessions. LOCI has been sent already. Their SATs are not as high… 1440 and 1420 but have very high GPA.3.9(unweighted) and 4.97(weighted). extensive 2yrs research experience and all other extra act… lets see…
@Thinkbigger. Thank you! His GPA is 3.85(unweighted). If you don’t mind me asking, did they apply to NW and any other direct med programs assuming their major is biology? If so, what are the decisions?
My son also got admitted off the wait-list on Friday with University Scholarship. GPA 3.82 (UW) 4.24 (W), ACT composite 35 (no superscore), SAT math II 800, Chemistry 740. Lots of ECAs including fund-raising, volunteering, summer research, etc. He responded to all their weekly emails and also received an email last week asking for his level of interest for possible admission, which he replied.
@sriracha2020. They did not apply to NW but applied to RPI and seton hall BSMD… they were rejected from RPI but accepted to Seton hall. we decided not to apply widely to direct bsmd as their SAT isnt as competitive for BSMD programs, they also applied to PPSP at case but of coures got rejection. Case is their one of the top choice along with Umich but wait listed there too. we wish not to see 4 am email from Case stating update your wait list status.
