The chloroform searches was said to be done 84 times, but then changed to 1, the other searches were for myspace…the car scent was disputed by 6 others with no vested interest in defending her or that fact…lies, yes, but not one scintilla of hard, factual evidence…that said, i DO believe she is/ was involved, but this was NOT proved by prosecution

I guess people didn’t actually read the evidence. Maybe you should read a little more about the particular DNA test they performed before being so “sure” about the evidence.

A 20 year FBI DNA expert on the stand said that the DNA in the car could have belonged to Casey Anthony herself or any descendant of Casey Anthony’s mother.

How exactly is that definite proof?

Also, the chloroform searches? Again, not direct evidence in the slightest. Lying about it? Again, nothing to do with the physical evidence.

Also, keep in mind. there was no official cause of death. The prosecution did not prove in any way how the 2 year old actually died.

Can’ t believe Hannity is in agreement with me,lol. ;)

I think that people here are so morally outraged by the way she acted after the fact (partying it up) that they just can’t conceive that there really was no actual physical evidence tying her to the crime.

The media is going to do a complete 180 now. It really is amazing how wrong they were.

i agree about the chloroform searches… i saw that part during the arguments and when baez was asking the judge to instruct the jury about the searches and the mistake

I agree with you, cartera. There is no possible way that they could have done what is customary and necessary in less than 11 hours of deliberation.

jsanche, I’d be careful with lol-ing over what cartera says regarding the case. She is an attorney and my guess is that her insights are more informed than yours.

JSANCHE32–I am guessing from your posts here you are a 22-24 year old visiting the Parents Cafe, and that you are not a parent, nor are you even 25. Just a guess. You are certainly not an attorney, and I can also venture a guess that you have never actually served on a jury. Have you ever even been in an actual courtroom, during an actual trial?

jsanche32,

Are you talking to yourself? It’s so funny to see one so impressed with himself. You want me buy you a mirror?

^^^^^^ lolol

I am 32 and very well educated.

The difference between me and the parents in this thread, is that I don’t have a personal bias.

Any rational and objective human being would conclude that there was no direct evidence.

If you can post direct evidence from this case feel free.

I’m lol’ing because you practically need a sledgehammer to convince some of you people.

The funny aspect to it is that you don’t even notice how biased you are.

Put the puzzle together? How about the prosecution providing the pieces…they gave you about 1/3 of the pieces…Not enough to even begin to see what the puzzle may or may not be…

Also, 930+ posts and not one person posted about the DNA evidence issue I just posted, Not a one.

I find that very curious.

And while i am at it,just how did she die??? Fairly important piece of the puzzle…>>>>ithere is no official cause>>>>

They don’t actually know (Which is another nail in the prosecutions coffin)

There is no official cause of death.

Just curious,jsanche32… Do you think she was involved? Because i certainly do,but not enough evidence to find her guilty of the charges she faced

I definitely got that “Deja vu” feeling before the verdict, as if it was OJ all over again, and that was not because I expected a shocking verdict. It was just waiting for a high profile TV murder trial verdict… but then, just a minute ago, my son reminded me that OJ Simpson lost a baby to a drowning accident…

32 and “well” educated. This info not reflected in the posts.

*

That is NOT required. Bodies are sometimes NEVER found yet convictions happen.

We don’t know how Laci Peterson died, yet Scott is on death row.

Wow! Did you read the statement by the Anthonys’ atty??? That says a LOT.
