CC Top Universities?

Ah, I think it’s more that Caltech-material students are more focused on specific concepts and things like this can just slip past them! My middle son is at MIT and my younger son was accepted EA to MIT and Caltech, yet they’re probably some of the most oblivious people you’ll meet. My best example is when my MIT son came home over Thanksgiving for his first time home. He took a shower and came out and said sarcastically “Thanks everyone for leaving me hot water!” I was a bit perplexed as we recently got a new hot water heater and usually that’s not a problem at all. My older son (also home from a different college out of state) said to him “You know in Wisconsin the hot water is to the left” and MIT-son just got an “oops” look on his face and said “That’s stupid!” Really, though, if you were standing in cold water, wouldn’t you at least LOOK at the faucet to see which side had the H or the C? Evidently not!
