Here are the stats by college. Your rank is a bit low - what is your unweighted GPA? Your ACT, assuming that’s a single best composite score from one test and not a superscore, is within the mid 50th percentile which is good. (UMN doesn’t superscore - they will take your best composite, although they may consider the other test scores as secondary factors).

Did you take a college prep load? That also demonstrates college-readiness (as do good grades in your courses). Here are the minimum requirements: https://admissions.tc.umn.edu/admissioninfo/fresh_overview.html
The university credits will help! How did you do in your college courses?
You definitely have a shot; however, you may not hear back for a bit. To be a slam dunk, your ACT and/or GPA/class rank would need to be a bit higher.
Crossing my fingers for you - good luck!
