<p>@PittPanther34 or others with t-mobile - are you able to measure data speed using a free app called speedtest.net? If so I wonder what the non-wifi (turn off wifi) speeds are like especially in the dorms like sutherland, that have no WiFi. If you could post your data speeds and carrier here that would be great.
