<p>Even for Plebes:</p>
<p>Cell phones are allowed. My Plebe requested a “small thin phone” one wich could fit in a pocket on a uniform. No bulky cell phones will comply with regulations. Had to change phone so it could fit unabtrusivley in uniform pocket and not show.</p>
