<p>CFA: I’d say around a 375. Since you didn’t put in your shuttle run, that’s a low estimate, but very good none the less!</p>
<p>PFT: no mile on PFT, but I’m sure you would do well on the 600yd. 12 pull-ups is worth 50 points. 70 push-ups is worth about 95 points. 95 sit-ups is worth 100 points. 600 yd run 100 points is a time of 1:35, jump is like 8’8" for a 100 points I think.</p>
<p>AFT is 1.5 miles - something like an 8:30 to max that.</p>
