CFA and some other questions

<p>This is embarrassing, but I had to retake my fitness assessment for West Point this afternoon because of my sit ups problem. I’m sending my new scores to USAFA as well. Take courage, bree, because you can get better at the events if you just practice! Mine still aren’t fabulous, but practicing the CFA a little more made a big difference.</p>

<p>BB Throw - 42’
Arm Hang - 24 seconds
Shuttle run - 9.2 seconds
Sit ups - 68
Push ups - 40
Mile - 7 flat</p>

<p>And I definitely retract my earlier statement about doing your best and letting the Academy contact you if your scores aren’t up to par. Serves me right. :wink: I had to take a bite of humble pie today.</p>
