Thank you for the link. It really help. I am going to follow through the b-ball excercise every day from now on. Yes, I know. My weakness is throwing. I’ve been having trouble throwing anything to a far distance. I can only do short precise throws. It’s ashame. Well, at least the USMA are allowing me to take the entire CFA again and hopefully I do better.
